As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and treating hundreds of people in outpatient Physical Therapy over the past decade plus- I have realized that there are sooo many things that I repeatedly teach over and over again to all my clients and patients!

SO I started thinking…Why don’t we just teach these moves to everyone so they can address the aches before they become a serious pain-ya know- avoid getting injured??

All that I can offer to you.

What I know to be the fundamental movements necessary to do all the things.

Before any sports training, strength training and specific skills training- there are still baseline moves that HAVE to be achieved as building blocks. Without these baseline moves and fundamental skills of control- there is a high probability that you will manifest some form of tendonitis, joint pain, and aches.

Why does it matter to achieve these fundamental Skills?

Being active and strong can also mean being tight and feeling worse when you ‘over do it’. The fundamental Skills I will teach you means that you will NOT be halted by pain, tightness or injury.

Who is the Movement Library for?

This Library are for those that want to be independent in their self care. Those that are willing to be proactive in preventing injury. Those that lift weights, cycle, run and workout at home/gym.

How are these movements provided in the Library?

In the Movement Library you will have access to different movement classes. 15-30 minutes each. Categorized into different sections of the body. I fuse my education in Physical Therapy, Pilates and FRC Mobility Training together into a fun flow like Class!

What’s in the Library?

-Dozens of classes covering all body parts from Head to Toe:

-Rehab & strengthening classes

-Classes with common home equipment props ie. TRX, BOSU, weights, bands, fitball, etc.

-Classes on Pilates Reformer

-Access to my Classes from my previous Program ‘Revive & Thrive”

What if I don’t know what to do and feel overwhelmed?

I get it! That’s why You also get access to ME- you Pilates and PT bestie! I am available to answer and address your questions and concerns about your pain points. I have a Member’s Portal where you can message me on the site, and a member’s text line.

Also- Bi-Weekly Check ins: I will keep you on track and accountable in your progress
